You’ll receive a written summary after each session and practical steps you can integrate into everyday life.

    With ten sessions, you’ll have the time and space to work through challenges at a gentle, supported pace. Ideal for longer term struggles like burnout, anxiety or low mood, this package offers ongoing guidance to help you heal, build resilience, and regain balance. This package includes ongoing WhatsApp and email support to help you stay on track between sessions, along with a written summary of any actions or goals we set together during our time.
